Here is a brief list of our most requested services.  If you are interested in a particular service and would like more details, just give us a call.

This consists of a complete check of your home and property. If there is damage to your property, it will be secured to prevent further damage and you will be notified.

This consists of any maintenance needed for a customer’s arrival or departure. For example: opening/closing vents, turning power off/on, turning water off/on, or any services specified by customer. NOTE:  Plumbing and Electrical services are subcontracted.  You will be billed according to the subcontractor’s rate.  They bill McMaken Carpentry and then we bill you.

Lawn mowing and trimming is our main lawn care service. We also offer fertilizing, weed killer, planting, raking, spring yard clean up, beach cleaning, or anything else you may want or need. You may choose whether you would like your lawn mowed weekly or bi-weekly, but please remember that you will be charged hourly for any raking that is done.

Plowing and roof clearing are our main snow removal services. NOTE:  Please consider the accessibility of your home/cottage to emergency services and you and your family.  If you choose to come up a couple times during the winter, but do not have your driveway plowed, you may incur an additional expense to have a front-end loader remove your snow, prior to being able to plow.

Trash pick upand household debris removal is available to you upon request.

We no longer provide cleaning services.  However, we can provide you a list of those who do provide this service upon request.

The above services are the most frequently used. They are available on a pre-set schedule, on-call basis, or left to our discretion.  It is extremely important to have an itemized list from you for services not listed above that are important to you.  A list of rates is available upon request.
